Without a Parachute: A Vignette

Free Falling

Time, stretches for what feels like an eternity, senses peaking from the adrenalin. Hurdling like a comet, heart-pounding and sweat flowing, only to be carried away immediately under the onslaught of oxygen with a hint of ozone. The ions skating across your skin, which becomes tingling hot from the friction, yet cold at the same time. No memory, no cares, only the rush. Where life and death balance, pleasure and pain become one.

Sometimes it’s nice to have a change of pace. 🙂

Cheers,
Justin
